DIY (pronounced "DI-Wai") is an English abbreviation, which stands for "Do It Yourself", that is, "Do it yourself." This concept was used in the Soviet Union very widely and actively, due to the shortage of almost all goods, and especially good furniture.
Today the DIY-principle is used by many world brands, the most famous of which is IKEA. As a result, save everything: and the buyer, who does not overpay for the assembly, and the seller, who does not need to bother with this assembly.
